Today, June 8th 2023, around 8:10 am CEST, power went out on rack 5M in our AMS02 datacenter. The same issue occured a few weeks ago and we came to the conclusion the problem was caused by a faulty ATS (automated transfer switch). Today we have replaced this hardware with a brand new device to avoid downtime in the future. We're very sorry for the inconvience! If you still experience downtime, we are available to help!
